Chief Jerky is under the strict rabbinical supervision of the Vaad Hakashrut Mehadrin. VKM assures that Chief Jerky strictly abides by all the Kosher requirements that a Glatt Kosher establishment should adhere to. We do not cut any corners in achieving our level of Kashrut. Our establishment is not only Glatt Kosher, but also Beit Yosef, and Bishul Yisroel Sefardi. All products produced by Chief Jerky are made from Glatt Kosher Beit Yosef Solomon’s American Beef, and only handled by jewish staff, guaranteeing our customers’ favorite savory meat snacks are at the highest level of unquestionable Kashrut.
